Initiatives Undertaken

  1.  We internally launched our new brand, “UEM Edgenta”, which is a new, dynamic, cutting-edge organisation on 17 April 2015. The name, UEM Edgenta, is derived from the word ‘edge’ and it is in line with the Company’s commitment to provide an edge to all of its stakeholders. The name is also an insignia of Faber’s aspiration to become a cutting edge organisation that lives up to its vision of optimising assets to improve lives.
  2.  Brand champion workshops and training sessions to create awareness and cascade the new brand to all employees
  3.  On-boarding programme
  4.  “We Are One” Town hall sessions to engage 2,300 employees at HQ and regional offices.
  5. Briefing and walkabout sessions by 318 supervisors, unit heads, facilities managers and regional heads went on the ground to connect will staff companywide.
  6. Development of Brand Guidelines, which were shared on our intranet for employee understanding.
  7. Introduction of new corporate shirts and uniforms, livery and collaterals, all bearing the UEM Edgenta name and logo.
