Code of Conduct

The Company’s Code of Conduct, which incorporates a Code of Ethics, requires all officers and employees to observe high standards of business and personal ethics in carrying out duties and responsibilities. As employees and representatives of UEM Edgenta, or any of its subsidiaries, they must practise honesty and integrity in fulfilling their duties and responsibilities, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

The Code of Conduct explicitly prohibits the giving and acceptance of any form of gifts or favours from contractors, suppliers, clients, customers, or any other party having business dealings with the Company by our employees or any members of their immediate families.
