It shows our ambition to always deliver high performance standards and realising our role as the leading Total Assets Solutions provider in the region.

In doing so we will continue to draw on technological revolution as well as digital solutions to modernise our business, give us operational insights to improve our service delivery, accelerate efficiencies, drive cost savings for our customers and ultimately change the way we deliver facilities management,” added Azmir.

The award was presented to UEM Edgenta at the 2017 Frost & Sullivan Malaysia Excellence Awards held at Hilton Kuala Lumpur yesterday, 13 April 2017 and on hand to receive the award on behalf of the Company was Hugh Morrison, Head of Asset Consultancy.

According to Janice Wung, Industry Analyst, Energy & Environment Practice, Asia Pacific at Frost & Sullivan, “UEM Edgenta has performed strongly in the past year by expanding its portfolio, diversification and implementing best practices in the company.

The integrated facilities management (IFM) market in Asia Pacific is fragmented with a large number of small and medium participants competing on pricing with similar service proposition.

The competitive scenario in the market is fuelled by the low barrier of entry and the growing awareness on outsourcing among end users. In addition, the promising economic development in Asia Pacific, together with an increasing number of foreign companies operating in the region, is encouraging IFM adoption.

UEM Edgenta’s remarkable brand equity, commendable strategy execution, and unique competitive advantages have made the company a strong competitor in the IFM industry in the region”
